Lisa Lambert is an award-winning creative director, innovation facilitator, strategy leader and leadership coach who believes success is a result of supporting both people and process.  

Rick Kitagawa is a creative business and leadership consultant that brings a unique blend of practical frameworks with soft skills, fun with rigor, and empathy with creativity.

Together they designed a skills session for our teenagers to learn about what it takes to collaborate with each other in a healthy and safe way, based on trust and empathy building.


Harmen Spek
Plastic Soup Foundation

Keynote - August 4th, 2020


Harmen Spek is the innovation and solutions manager at Plastic Soup Foundation, an organization to fight plastic pollution. As their slogan says ‘No plastic in our waters or our bodies’, their mission is to prevent plastic from ending up in the environment, and to share knowledge about the health risks related to plastics and plastic additives.

The goal is to achieve absolute reduction in production and use of plastic; being on a continued  world-wide search for best technical solutions for the environmental problems that plastics create.

To inspire the teenager’s design challenge, Harmen will share some insights and developments related to our planet being under attack by our plastic polluting.


Andrea Sanabria Oviedo
Founder La Petite Mort (uncorrupted wear)

Global citizen, Andrea Sanabria Oviedo is a trilingual entrepreneur with a taste for challenges! Her uncorrupted streetwear brand La Petite Mort is made in Peru, based in Paris and shipping worldwide. Currently an entrepreneur, internationally based,  she is engaged in developing better practices in the fashion industry.

With La Petite Mort, she was inspired by the principles of cradle-to-cradle, to create a streetwear label of easy-to-wear pieces conceived in luxurious natural fibers, all suitable for composting at the end of their life cycle.

Amy & Ella Meek
Kids against plastic

Teenager keynote - August 5th, 2020


Amy and Ella Meek are 2 teenage activists, founders of
Kids Against Plastic and authors of the book “Plastic clever!” They're on a mission to rid the world of single-use plastics in this practical book, perfect for budding eco-warriors.

Amy & Ella  picked up over 60,000 pieces of single-use plastic litter (and developed an app to log it!), done their own TEDx talk and gathered a team of incredible kids around the UK who are tackling plastic pollution.

And now they are with us at Teenagers4Change - to take our teenager  keynote stage.


Ishaan Shah
Stolen Dreams

Teenager keynote - August 5th, 2020


Ishaan Shah is a highly academic, self- motivated individual. This passionate youth advocator is also a campaigner for human rights, gender equality and climate action.

Blogger and podcaster too, he Founded  Stolen Dreams UK; working towards a world free from slavery and giving young people a platform to engage with global issues!

Being a Teenagers4Change participant himself, Ishaan takes the stage to address peer-participants and share his dreams for a better and more equal world.


Hendrik Lennarz
Growth hacking trainer & keynote speaker

Skills session: Growth Hacking - August 6th, 2020


Hendrik Lennarz is our resident Growth hacking expert.
His motto : "ONLY EXECUTED IDEAS ARE GOOD IDEAS."

 Founder and host of the Growth Europe Summit, Hendrik helps startups, scaleups and corporates to write their own growth success story.
Throughout our virtual camp , Hendrik will support the teenagers understanding the basic concepts of growth hacking and how they can apply it to the solutions they’ll be creating.


Lee Duncan & German Attanasio Ruiz

Workshop & skills session: Helping teenagers to design with
Watson AI - August 6th, 2020


Lee Duncan is the Enterprise design sprint leader at IBMDesign Thinker specializing in Experience Mapping using MIT Design for Innovation methods, Empathy Writing, Google Ventures Design Sprints (trained by creator Jake Knapp @ InVision Sprint Seattle) and Mural Digital Collaboration. Lee is also making an impact by participating in Pandemic recovery sprints for MRCL disaster relief non-profits.

German Attanasio Ruiz is a Senior Software Engineer in the Watson team @ IBM. He works on making Watson’s core technologies more open, accessible, and developer-friendly through a collection of APIs combined with open source SDKs, demos, and sample applications.

Together, Lee and German will be supporting the teenagers using Watson AI for their prototypes and solutions.

Stephanie Maier
Adobe Xd Evangelist

Skills sessions: Adobe Xd & Adobe Rush -
August 10th, 2020


Stephanie Maier is a Senior Visual and User Experience Designer with a background in web and mobile design, film editing and graphic design.

She is a UX and UI evangelist at Adobe and lead facilitator of design thinking workshops across 3 continents. She has advanced knowledge of Adobe design programmes, with a strong focus on sustainability, in particular in long-lasting design solutions with optimum usability.

On Adobe Monday, Stephanie will offer a mini-masterclass to have our teenagers kick-start with Adobe Xd or Rush to prototype and/or communicate their ideas.

Together with colleagues she will be available during that same week to live support our participants in case of experiencing problems.

Bassam Jabry
Chemistry Team

Keynote presentation: Design for Impact #1 - August 12th, 2020


Bassam Jabry is a trained industrial designer and the  co-founder of the design agency
Chemistry Team located in Singapore, now also in Amsterdam. He is passionate about unlocking potential, skills and creativity helping to deliver human solutions that drive positive change.

Bassam will share an example of design research that showcases how understanding users to develop a low cost prototype can suddenly impact many teenagers in their distant-learning realities during the COVID-19 outbreak.


Marc O’Brien –
Co-founder Climate Designers

Keynote presentation: Design for Impact #2 - August 12th, 2020


Marc O’Brien is a climate designer, strategist, and educator. He’s the co-founder of The Determined, a creative studio for a climate-resilient world. They help organizations addressing our climate crisis with branding, messaging, marketing, and innovation strategy.

Marc is also adjunct faculty at California College of the Arts in San Francisco, CA and co-founder of “Climate Designers” - a consortium of  designers and creative professionals from all industries, committed to using our creative skills for climate action


Jenny Marday

Jenny Marday, UNESCO Coordinator at the Liberian Mission in Paris, is also the founder of Women Let's Talk Louder, and of the Level Up movement, which brings together the top representatives of female empowerment twice a year.

Through Women Let's Talk Louder Jenny built a community of women worldwide who are inspiring positive change for women by women.

Aloysius Anagonye has strong problem solving, analytical, social, and cultural sensitivity skills developed by living and working overseas for over fifteen plus years as a professional basketball athlete.

A natural hard worker with the determination to improve systems and team output provides him with an ability to design, identify, and monitor programs based on client needs, goals, and capabilities. He founded and runs ACAN, a leadership and performance consultancy firm.
